Ask for help and delegate!
You may have noticed it’s a little quiet around here lately. Turns out, the week leading up to the biggest ride of your life with the biggest team you’ve ever pulled together requires a LOT of attention. Next year, I’m taking more of the week off from the day job! And, I’m pulling in more help for more areas of my life.
