Lyndsay Riffe
RD, LDN, CDELyndsay was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 3. Knowing the importance of diet and exercise, she pursued her career in the field as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. Lyndsay works in Chicago as a diabetes educator, and has a passion for helping others overcome challenges faced with diabetes and exercise. She is part of the nutrition staff for Diabetes Training Camp as well as working virtually with various individuals ranging from general fitness/weight loss to Ironman athletes. She was part of Team WILD’s inaugural 70.3 team and is returning for a second year on the 70.3 team.

Registered, Licensed Dietitian (RD, LDN)
Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE)
